Freedom Ride Turkey Day 5K Photos

Dear Runners, 

As hard as I tried to stay focused on the dogs, I couldn't help but snap a few photos of you. I do love standing at the fringe and watching you all interact with your families and each other on a crisp Thanksgiving morning. It a lovely day when you all are relaxed and enjoying yourselves and your time together. I particularly love the kids coming out and running with mom or dad. Their determination and drive is infectious and almost makes me want to run too! Thank you for the smiles, waves, and willingness to have photos taken.

Dear Freedom Ride Rescue,

Thanks so much for inviting me out again! As part of my lifelong learning journey, I enjoy taking on challenges more than once. It allows me to grow and lean into not only technical skills, but the "eye" to find interesting things. I learned a lot about myself and photographing events and I'm happy to have been able to donate my time to take, edit, and share these photos. I hope to see you next year!
